Meet moi

A passionate and ever curious person who is delighted by the smallest things. I have a great appreciation for the little things in life, like watching the afternoon sun hit apartment buildings perfectly or sitting on the couch wrapped in a blanket drinking a hot cup of ginger tea or sending a ‘hope you have a great day‘ text or slipping into an outfit that I feel confident in or eating a perfectly baked Japanese sweet potato. I also love run on sentences. It’s how I think. I also love short, quick, punchy sentences. I never really paid much attention in English class I’ll be honest, so my writing is just my thoughts coming to life on the page.

I have loved reading and listening to anything to do with health and wellness since high school. That is kind of the birth of this website. A place for me to share what has had a profound impact on my life, what I am currently incorporating, and what I couldn’t live without. Anything from books and podcasts to workouts and activities to stressing the importance of spending time alone.

And my newest addition, Cuisine du Cosmos. My private chef service. My love for food is deeply tied to my childhood, and luckily I spent some time in the summers in the South of France. Hence half the inspiration for the name of the service. The other half? Inspired by the fact that food is literally on earth for us to consume as humans. The best food that is. My cooking is very whole food forward. Almost everything is inspired by farmers market produce. However, I will eat a Japanese sweet potato anytime of the year. There is always a place for them at my table. So check it out, I only have space for a very limited number of clients and only agree to work with stellar humans.

Fun fact, I learned to ski on a mountain in New Jersey, did you know there are mountains there? I didn’t.
